About Rockingham Regional Arts

The Rockingham Regional Arts (Inc) is an exciting multi-arts association established to facilitate, and address professionally all aspects of the Visual, Performing, Literary and Master-Crafted Arts. The RRA's aim is to establish one of Western Australia's more vibrant, artistic cultural communities expanding to interact to international levels. Rockingham is growing and now is the time to work towards artistic goals and dreams. The RRA invites you to be part of these exciting, interactive plans!

In May 2004 the RRA was established "To create a network which facilitates and promotes the "Arts" throughout the districts of Rockingham and wider regions of Western Australia." The Rockingham Regional Arts offers a canopy under which all the Arts are encouraged to thrive. The association encourages an atmosphere where members and guests can meet, intermingle and exchange ideas. Group outings to theaters, galleries, displays and public events are some of the activities of the RRA.

"A Glass with the Artist" is often held presenting guest speakers from Australia and overseas from the different Arts categories. This gives members an opportunity to discover and learn about the different art-forms and experiences in a friendly, fun atmosphere over nibbles and refreshments!
