Biography

When inspiration strikes me I only have to see light strike an object or person in a special way then I need to paint it. I am a tonal painter with a love of colour. Art energizes my soul/mind and I want people to take as much pleasure viewing it as I have in creating it.
My qualifications include a Certificate in Art - Workshop with International artist Ian de Souza - a private workshop in New Zealand with international artist Susan Harrison Tustain, focusing on Portraiture, using watercolour techniques. My formal art training continues at Central T.A.F.E. West Australia, working toward a diploma.
I have been involved in many public projects in and around Rockingham, West Australia.
FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY....I will accept commissions in oils, pastels and watercolour and subjects such as Portraiture, Flora, Seascapes, and Animals, abstract or realistic.
